NeighborWorks offers rehab loans for larger projects, such as roof, foundation, or HVAC repairs. Exterior Improvements can also be included if the evaluator has called for them.
As with most large projects, NeighborWorks requires project management so that you as the homeowner and we as the lender stay informed and up to date about work as it progresses. There are no income restrictions. In certain cases these loans can exceed appraised value, so NeighborWorks may offer affordable financing where other lenders refuse.
