Through our home rehab program, NeighborWorks of Western Vermont offers loans to eligible homeowners who need to make health and safety home repairs.
If you are buying a new home that requires renovation, consider using the NeighborWorks of Western Vermont Home Repair Program to plan and pay for your project.
The NeighborWorks of Western Vermont Home Repair Loan makes it possible for homeowners to make health and safety repairs (including energy efficiency improvements) in their homes.
Eligible projects range from roof repairs, to electrical upgrades, to wheelchair ramps. Terms of our loan are based on income and ability to repay.
NeighborWorks of Western Vermont is offering grants up to $500 or 20%* of cost of repairs. Click HERE to find out more.
