Energy Saver Program
NWWVT's Energy Saver Program is a loan program designed to help you make energy efficiency improvements to your home.
Improvements can include air sealing & insulation, energy efficiency heating systems, solar hot water & electricity, and building energy management systems.
All projects start with an energy audit to determine the most effective improvements for your home. NWWVT will help you find reliable contractors to do the work and our own construction specialists will help you manage the project.
Qualifying homeowners are eligible for 0% interest loans with deferred payments. Others loan products for energy improvements are also available, based on income eligibility and good credit.

Home Rehab Program
NeighborWorks of Western Vermont has several programs to help you make repairs to your homes.
We offer loans, which eligibility based on income and credit history, to help you pay for the repairs.
We provide you with a project manager to evaluate your home and monitor the project. We also help you find reliable contractors to complete the work.
