Convenient Location

Our HomeOwnership Center is located in the Kazon building at 110 Marble Street, in West Rutland. Workshops are offered each month in Middlebury, West Rutland and Bennington. We now offer online classes through eHome America. Please call more details.

Workshop Fee's

Workshops fee is $60.00 per household. Fee includes: Workbook, informational materials and credit report (received at later appointment). We are unable to waive the workshop fee.
