Westmont

Westmont is an affordable housing program model. The model will help rural communities across Vermont move from simply talking about affordable housing, to actually developing, financing and creating a quality, affordable housing neighborhood.

The basic design of the homes are Cape Cod styled, centered on functionality and energy efficiency. Each home will have two full bathrooms, three to five bedrooms, and where possible a full basement.

The floor plan maximizes space and allows for the expansion of bedrooms with out increasing the footprint of the house. While the floor plan can change from house to house and project to project, the goal is to maximize space and utilize each available square foot in the most effective manner.
